"Don't purchase anything from here, firstly they will give you wrong product and say you it is under 1 year warranty but if you face any issues or complaint about product they will not respond and they will also tell you our products are not in warranty. I'm saying this because I've also purchased a 19.2Ah and 25.9Volt battery at 6800 rupees but when I received the product it was the wrong product so I told them to replace it because it is under warranty then the were saying we can't do anything it is your fault and our products are not coming in warranty period. Salesman IS SAHIL GARG and the man who suggested the product is NARENDRA KUMAR SAINI EVERYDAY I call them they never respond me even they talk rudely. I highly recommend you to not purchase anything from STERLING COMPONENTS."
